What are some good games for a 14-year-old casual gamer who does NOT like violent/racing games.

I’m also considering Super Mario Sluggers and I’ll probably ask for a Wii Shop Channel Gift Card. Also, I might get Animal Crossing, just so I can get the WiiSpeak and maybe see what Animal Crossing is like. I’m also thinking of Sonic Unleashed. These will be my first experience with Animal Crossing, Sonic, or the Mario Sports series, so in addition to suggestions, what do you think of these games? Thanks!

Wii fit, or Some kind of a new version of the mario games. Monkey balls is quite a interesting game. Its a pretty fun game, with lots of mini games just on 1 disc. I suggest 1 of the 3. But i suggest Mario, its one of those games that last for quite a while.
Like i had paper mario, and it last me for a bit. It was really interesting, I also have mario galaxy, and im like only half way, but i gave up.
Sonic Unleashed is gonna be fantastic since the guys who made Sonic Rush (Dimps) are making it it will be better then xbox & Ps3 cause of Zero Load Times :3 & also Mario & Sonic @t the Olympic Games you should look into getting i tried Mario Super Sluggers got tired of it real quick sorry to say & if you get Wii Points get World of Goo it got a 9.5 / 10 for best Game. Spore (PC) – ooh this looked like fun! and the trial was really good as well!
Wii Music – welll….. looks fun, but only for 4 hours. well, it depends on what you like anyway.
Monopoly – DUDE. What’s wrong with the good old board game?
Purr Pals – whatever floats your boat …..
NIGHTS: Journey of Dreams – this looks quite fun, actually
Active Life Outdoor Challenge – something to use the balance board with! GOOD!
Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz – i have the ps2 version of this, got bored of it quickly
Carnival Games: Mini-Golf – if you’re a golf fan …..
De Blob – haha this looks fun i’d get this!
also for animal crossing, it’s very very addictive for the first few months (haha believe me, i’ve tried) and then it’s never going to be touched. AGAIN.
Single Player [in order 1)=best]
1) Okami- My favorite game of all-time on any system, beautiful graphics and great game play, if you only get one game make sure it is this one
2) Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess- Great, even for Zelda standards
3) Super Paper Mario- Great puzzles and game play, switching between 2D and 3D is awesome
Multiplayer [in order 1)=best]
1) Super Smash Bros. Brawl- Great game, but only if played w/ other people, online is not very good
2) Super Monkey Ball Banana Blitz- A bargain for only $20
PS There is also some very good virtual console games
