Each Wii can only have one balance board synced to it. (You'll notice that it uses the 4th remote slot to communicate with the base system when it's on). There is the 2-player running game that just uses the remotes to sense your movements up and down as you run in place, but it doens't use 2 balance boards. Not the way you’re wanting to.
