My TV is mounted on the wall with the wires running inside the wall. I do not want to see any wires or cords. I want to connect my Wii to the cable box, but can not figure out how to get it to work.

You can’t it has no video input only audio and video/audio outputs.
Unlike the poster above me, my comcast HD DVR indeed does have both video inputs and a power supply input; the brand is a motorola dual tuner dvr (comcast).
If yours are different, and I have noticed in different parts of the country they do indeed use different boxes, you may want to invest in a switcher. With a switch you can hook up all of your electronics and it will automatically switch the feed between then , I have found for the $100-$300 they cost, it is the most practical solution if you have a bunch of electronics.
