sometimes the serve goes really quick, but i don’t know how i’m doing it. what is the secret?

Practice. When the ball is about to to fall flick your wii-mote and you’ll get a fast serve.
its the timing
Lift your arm up to serve and then keep it up. Once the ball reaches its highest point, lower your arm. If you time it just right (so the ball is no longer going up or coming back down), you will do a power serve.
