I have searched every review and website (including official Nintendo sites) and can find no clue as to how to use multiplayer in Wii Music. I have even read through the book that comes in the game and can find no clue, is there anyone out there who can help me?

i’m guessing you mean with different people not on the same wii as you.
there’s a simple answer,
you can’t
the only thing you can do to other wii music players is send them your videos
To do multiplayer on Wii Music, all you must do is go to the “Jam Session” menu and select up to four players to jam. Other modes can allow multiplayer fun as well, such as Mii Maestro and Hand Bell Harmony in the “Games” menu. If you mean online multiplayer, then it isn’t possible to jam with them, unless they send you their video and you overdub it. Hope this helps!
