		<description>You could always go through the hassle of configuring a wireless router.  It&#039;s easier to just go buy one of Nintendo&#039;s USB wireless access devices though.  It very easy to set up, and though I did have minor difficulties installing it -- that&#039;s largely because my computer has Japanese installed.  (Nothing like troubleshooting in a language you&#039;re still learning.)  The manual walks you through everything.
After, you just update your console (it&#039;ll prompt you to do it, just say yes) and go to the shop channel.  You can then buy Wii points directly from the Wii, and use them to obtain virtual console games.
Edit:  I have DSL and it works fine -- so I guess it IS broadband.  ^_^</description>
