I dont want to buy one if they are going down. I dont remember where I heard, but someone told me they were going down to $199! I would much rather buy it for that than $249. Has anyone else heard this rumor?
I Heard Somewhere That Nintendo Wii Prices Are Going Down After The Holiday Season. Is This True??

There has been no price reduction announcements, even in the rumor channels.
The only time prices are dropped are when sales have declined, or a new model is coming.
Nintendo cannot produce enough Wiis at this time. Demand would normally decline in a few months after the holidays. However there are some upcoming games that will keep the demand fairly high until the middle of the year.
Based on sales and performance, I don’t expect to see the price drop until 2009.
No, they are still selling like crazy. y would they bring the prices down when they could still make sooo much more money!
i think no. They stayed the same prices last year so i think its just gonna stay the same.
No, and I don’t think it’s true.
If it was true, it would be big news, and would be in Nintendo Power and all the other big-name gaming magazines and web sites.
I really doubt it, but that would be really cool.
Well, items based on technology always go down in price after some time (Iphone slashed 100 dollars, N64 20 dollars at pawn shop). It might be true but maybe not in 2008. The price of items only goes up when they are antique (such as NES ( Nintendo Entertainment System) in like lets say year 3000 which would probably cost a lot)
