I Just Installed Preloader On My Wii And Need To Install A Hacks.ini File?

its not working. my sd card is formatted to fat 32 and i also tried naming hack. any suggestion on how to fix it

    The Hacks.ini file goes onto the SD cart in the root directory (not in a folder) and is region specific
    get one that matches the region of your Wii

    don’t know it is usful anymore
    I write my own .ini
    tell me your region and I can find you one that works for you
