It sounds like you’re talking about Wii Fit. For me, it’s been well worth $90, and it’s worth it for many people.
It has balance games, aerobics, strength training, and yoga.
The balance games are mostly for fun, and have very little fitness value.
I didn’t think much of yoga until I had a major injury. After that, the yoga was essential to regaining some flexibility and keeping my pain level down. I did it 6x per week for the first six weeks, then cut back. I’m only doing it about once or twice a week now.
The strength training is great. It leaves out arms for the most part, but the squats and the ab exercises kick my butt.
The aerobics are fun, and good for warm ups and cool downs. The hula-hooping is hilarious, and the boxing is fun. I don’t think they’re as intense as I would like, so I use them as warm-ups and cool-downs, but do my serious cardio elsewhere.
As I said before, I’ve gotten my money’s worth out of Wii Fit, but it isn’t for everyone. People who are already athletes and gym bunnies won’t find much use for it, as it involves exercise that’s on the lighter side.
Hope that helped. Happy gaming!
