Is There Some Place Online Where People Go To Exchange Wii Friend Codes For A Specific Game?

I was thinking it wold be cool if there was a website where you click the wii game you need friend codes for and then you will be directed to a live chat box for that game and then just wait for other people to enter the chat room and you can exchange codes with them live.
its such a logical idea that I thought there must already be somewhere like this so whats it called?
