I’ve just finished playing Wii Sports, and I’m sweating and breathing hard after 20 minutes of swinging my right arm. I also moved my body from side-to-side to avoid getting hit in the boxing game. Do you think I could use Wii Sports as an exercise program?

If it gets you moving, it helps. Unfortunately I don’t think it’s something you can use alone, at least Wii Sports.
