The Nintendo Wii finally made its debut at Toys “R” Us in New York’s Times Square. Thousands of people stood in line to get their hands on the gaming system. GameCore’s Chad Chamberlain reports.

I was mostly a Commodore man actually years ago with the Commodore 64 & Commodore Amiga ( best machines ever ), but i would love to see the rightful kings that are Sega & Nintendo rise again and topple the likes of Sony & Microsoft. We NEED this kind of competition from Nintendo to raise the bar again, otherwise we will be stuck with those monopololistic bastards and gaming will be a dead experience.
Ive never been a fan of Nintendo systems because the games are soft, no hard real hard edge games and if there are they are few and far between, but i want it to do REALLY well because i would love to see Microsoft pushed out of the market with Xbox because the bastards already have to much control as it is.
