im 14 and weigh 150 im only 5ft tall and i would like to weigh 100 by june is that possible everyday im going to do wii fit for an 1hr wii for 20mins this wii game by jillian(biggest loser trainer) treadmill for an 1hr and weight lifing for 30mins and dieting

do sit ups and crunches also and then your wii game thing….O and DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT FORGET TO DRINK WATER!!!!!! ALOT OF WATER!!!!! and eat littler portions
yes it definitely possible. The biggest thing you gotta have is DETERMINATION, and MOTIVATION. If you have those 2 then your on the right track.
Your routine that you listed above will definitely help you. Keep up with your diet too
Allow yourself to have atleast 1 cheat meal a week like Pizza, Burgers. or whatever.
