When Will The Following Wii Games Release, Also Component Cables?

When will the following games be released on Wii:
1. Animal Crossing
2. Mario Kart
3. Metroid Prime 3
4. Smash Brothers
Also, how can I get my hands on a Wii Component Cable? Could not find them in stores this weekend.
