A follow all the manufactures'; s instructions, but could not get the product to function. After measuring the open circuit voltage with a multimeter, the voltage read ~ 5. 5 volts. Fresh Battery installed ( "4; AA; voltage batteries) read ~ 6. 2 volts. Despite trying all the balance board does not turn on with battery pack installed, or not connected to the USB power cable. If the battery pack charged to the Wii through the USB cable into standby mode is questionable, leaving the Wii in TOP mode for a whole day did not change the voltage of the battery pack. Even pushing the sync button in the little hole did nothing. I suspect that the battery pack could never reach the required level of support needed, because I'm sure excellent contacts were made between the electrical contacts. This product does not work. I probably do not take my chances with another battery pack and stick with the "regular, AA; batteries. I am referring the defective product at Amazon. Ratings: 1 / 5
