Now THIS is what could semi-brick (or fully brick) your Wii if you aren’t careful. Application page: wiibrew.org Some parts had to be sped WAY up cause they took forever…

thx
ill go look for one. thanks. :]
Not really any that I know of. Maybe search for a cIOS installer an application to downgrade using cIOS.
do you know of any? ;[
Yeah, but you can use other applications to downgrade with that version.
lol whoops, i meant to say 3.4
i have 3.4
oh that sucks
What system menu version are you using? I don’t think you can downgrade using this with any version over 3.3.
when i try to downgrade my system menu to 3.2, i get an error saying that it cant remove some files, so it’s aborted.
the same happens when i try to change the area setting….
is it because i have to change it to 3.2e then 3.2j?
(i want 3.2j, but i have 3.2u now.)
can this thing change the wii ware for the usa reigon to japan reigon???
Yeah, you might not be able to. This video was made when the Wii Shop Channel still worked on the system menu version that this works on. Since then it has been updated.
I had another question SMGPlayer, the Wiibrew page for AnyRegion Changer states :
“The latest update to the shop channel BREAKS SHOP COUNTRY REGION CHANGING! Be warned that your Wii may be stuck in a certain region for the shop for the time being.”
Doesn’t that mean I can’t change my wii shop region to a Japanese format?
how do i play the program into my SD carD?
Alright thanks so much I’ll give it a try this coming weekend and I’ll report back. Nice video btw it helps out a lot!
I don’t think you would have to change the whole system menu version. You can change the game region and Wii Shop region without changing that.
SMGPlayer do you think you could help me out on this one particular game? Its called Joysound Karaoke Wii. Basically I bought the retail disc in Japan, but I have a 3.2U Wii right now. I need to change my region to Japan and Wii Shop Channel to Japan as well, but do I need to use the ‘downgrade to 3.2J’ first, change the area settings to Japan, and set the Wii Shop Channel to 1? I think that sounds right but I would like your advice. Thanks
A tutorial on how to downgrade to 3.3 or 3.2 using the BannerBomb.
google what?
You would have to use the BannerBomb. There are a bunch of tutorials on how to downgrade. Google it and you should find one.
It loads the homebrew browser instead…
How do I get System Menu version 3.3 because I have 4.0?
hi, smgplayer…
will this work to make a wii console bought PAL from uk to work on ntsc tv. so i will see some colors on the games ???
thanks..
You can’t do it on version 4.0. You’re going to have to downgrade to do it. (I think the maximum version is 3.3.)
