Wii settings and component cables. Can you make the picture look any better on a screen 50″ or larger?

I recently purchased a Samsung 52 ” HDTV (LN52A650) and MonsterGame component cables for the Wii. I changed the Wii settings to widescreen and 480p, but the graphics still look like garbage. Jagged edges and choppy movement. And the virtual console games are even worse. Just big pixels. The Wii looked much better on my 26″ CRT. Is there any thing I can do?

Any advice would be appreciated.

I have heard that the Wii is having some trouble with 480p. I read that changing the Wii output to 480i (interlaced video) fixes it.

    Here is more info.
