How do you install dvdx on 4.0? I already have the homebrew channel and everything else is working fine (even lauching games from sd card) All I need now is the dvdx. I have a previous version of it in my sd card and it claims it has been successfully installed but will not play my original dvds (mplayer) it just freezes and I have to reset my wii. Is there a new version of dvdx for 4.0 or something? I you could give me a link, I would greatly appreciate it.

even if you have hombrew channel on 4.0 it wont work

I’d have to disagree, Homebrew channel will work on 4.0 if upgraded correctly (waninkoko’s updater) everything else will work other than the dvdx. However this can easily be fixed by downloading mplayer ce and burning your movies into data discs, which mplayer will be able to read. This is even better as you can fit more than one movie per dvd.
