I ', ve had some bad luck with my Wii. Just after the warranty has expired, the original fan stopped working and the system overheat stop every ten minutes. I bought this fan to try to fix it. After an installation process of about two hours (you must open the Wii and strip down to the motherboard, thereby draining any warranty you may have), this fan has operated just as announced. for about two hours. I stopped the Wii, went back about an hour later, and. guess what? The fan doesn ', t come on now! No LED light, no rotation, nothing. Anyone who has happened to the fan OEM arrived at it, too, leaving my system to overheat and stop in the middle of a dungeon of Twilight Princess. My advice: If you '; test re fix a broken fan of Wii, just get a separate USB fan. I ', m about to buy one today. If you ', just to test re "; improve"; your Wii'; cooling performance of s. well, go for a USB fan. At least you ', ll always have your warranty. Ratings: 1 / 5

The fan is louder than the stock fan of Wii, but nothing horrible. The installation takes a long time, though, so keep that in mind.
