yeah, it is very easy to beat if you know the trick like i show in my video. it does not work on the xbox live version, only the arcade original!

The arcade version is so much better than the MS version – bigger sprites, better sound, etc. Unfortunately, I can only recommend MAME to people who already own the original cabinet, as it would be illegal…and wrong!

I remember mashing buttons when I was a kid and it went off … holy crap it scared the crap out of me. I think the kids look like monkeys. Shinobi rescuing monkeys is much more entertaining than saving children, so I’m just going to assume they’re actually monkeys.

I’m in the process of building a M.A.M.E machine actually. Just got the joysticks & controller PCB finished along with buying a 22″ monitor for it. Designing the cabinet for it now. Shinobi will no doubt be one of the first games I play on it.

Finally got this, it was in a big box of old games from a yard sale. I’d always played the NES and now I want my childhood refunded after playing the Master System version…it was much better. Well, all but the NES super high jumps.
