Is there any game like Left 4 Dead on PS3?

I’m so mad that Left 4 Dead is not on the PS3, but only on pc and XBOX 360. I’ve played it before at my friends house, and it just seems that no PS3 game is really close to what Left 4 Dead is. I’m aware that EA maybe making a version for the PS3, but like every other gamer, I can’t wait that long! Is there anyone out there that could give me some suggestions? Thanks in advanced! =)

    well depending on what you like…

    if you like the first person shooter side of it, go for the Call of Duty games or like.. Rainbow Six or whatever.

    if the Zombies idea is what you like, go for Call of Duty 5 and finish the solo campaign, in which you unlock a Zombie level. (all on youtube)

    if the idea of running around being chased fancies you, go for Mirror’s Edge.
