I have listened to the reviewer who said the colors suck. could not even see a difference in resolution, the only thing I think is valid is the price. if you have not paid on an HDTV and want to use a computer screen is the default way to go. not really worth playing Xbox HDTV resolution not in my view, and 720 is really enough.

I left the room for all my component cables and figured using the VGA connection for the 360 was an easy sollution. The Xbox website says that the VGA cable supports all HDTV resolutions. I discovered the hard way that this is wrong! I have an older HDTV which only supports 480i / p and 1080i. Once you have this hanging on my VGA connection and the system that I could see the VGA settings. There is no choice Widescreen HD 1080i. Since my TV does not support 720p or 1080p I was stuck with standard definition with the HD cable. Be warned if you have an older TV that supports a VGA connection but only 1080i! Back to the component cable I'll try to find a selector Sysytems good.

works great with my monitor display LCD ViewSonic VX922. The only thing that is negative about this product is the audio cord is too short to reach my computer forcing the purchase of a cable extension. Its definitely worth buying if you want to play your 360 on your computer monitor. However, I do not recommend trying to connect to a CRT monitor.
